If you have decided that Camp Sankanac is the place to hold your retreat, your next step is to start the registration process. It begins with a phone call to our main office 610-469-6320. This call will ensure that you will know if the date that you are planning to hold your retreat is available. If your target date is not available, we will work with you to find a date that is.
You will be sent a form that must be filled out completely and mailed along with a $100 deposit. The deposit serves to confirm your reservation of the facility. All cancellations within 90 days of your reserved will result in a refund of your deposit, less a $75.00 service charge. Cancellations made after the 90 day limit will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Camp Sankanac maintains the right to change rates at any time.
By reserving the weekend you are confirming that you are in agreement with purpose of Camp Sankanac and in agreement with the doctrinal position of BCM International. You will maintain order and respect for the buildings and grounds and will adhere to our specific regulations.
Groups must be fully insured to use our facility.
