Please read carefully.
Because of an increasing number of last minute cancellations we have established a more specific cancellation policy. The policy is as follows.
MAIN CAMP
- Any cancellation made later than 2 months in advance will end in a $400.00 fee. This is also the minimum amount that must be spent when using the Main Camp facilities. Please understand that any cancellation will cause a great loss to the camp and this policy will help cover only part of the loss that we will experience.
- If you cancel at all during the course of the year after you have paid your deposit and reserved the date, the deposit is non-refundable. You will not be guaranteed that roll-over date for next year.
PARKER HOUSE
- Any cancellation made later than 2 months in advance will end in a $250.00 fee. This is also the minimum amount that must be spent when using the Parker House facilities. Please understand that any cancellation will cause a great loss to the camp and this policy will help cover only part of the loss that we will experience.
- If you cancel at all during the course of the year after you have paid your deposit and reserved the date, the deposit is non-refundable. You will not be guaranteed that roll-over date for next year.
