Please read carefully.

Because of an increasing number of last minute cancellations we have established a more specific cancellation policy. The policy is as follows.

MAIN CAMP

1. Any cancellation made later than 2 months in advance will end in a $400.00 fee. This is also the minimum amount that must be spent when using the Main Camp facilities. Please understand that any cancellation will cause a great loss to the camp and this policy will help cover only part of the loss that we will experience.
2. If you cancel at all during the course of the year after you have paid your deposit and reserved the date, the deposit is non-refundable. You will not be guaranteed that roll-over date for next year.

PARKER HOUSE

1. Any cancellation made later than 2 months in advance will end in a $250.00 fee. This is also the minimum amount that must be spent when using the Parker House facilities. Please understand that any cancellation will cause a great loss to the camp and this policy will help cover only part of the loss that we will experience.
2. If you cancel at all during the course of the year after you have paid your deposit and reserved the date, the deposit is non-refundable. You will not be guaranteed that roll-over date for next year.
